Kingdom By MAG is seeking a Developer Sales Manager to lead a high-performing Dubai-based sales team in a dynamic real estate market. You will drive off-plan property sales, nurture key client relationships, and collaborate with management on pricing, launches, and sales plans.

With 8+ years of Dubai sales experience in real estate and a proven track record of achieving targets, you will excel at managing performance and building agency partnerships to propel growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in Dubai, preferably with a real estate developer.
• 4+ years of experience managing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan and developer sales.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing performance.
• Strong relationships with agencies, brokers and key clients in Dubai.
• Experience developing and implementing sales strategies to boost sales and revenue.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, launches and sales plans.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agencies, and key clients in Dubai.

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in Dubai, with strong experience working for a real estate developer.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly off-plan and developer sales.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing sales performance.
• Strong relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and key clients in Dubai.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sales activities, follow up on team performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
• Ability to work closely with management on pricing, promotions, launches, and sales plans.
• Good understanding of the developer sales process, from lead generation to EOI/booking and SPA/Oqood/Title Deed completion.
