Job summary

DMDc in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer for on-site duties. You will own end-user IT support tickets, manage hardware/software inventories, and ensure system performance across corporate workstations and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities include network troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, and OS updates, with a focus on rapid incident remediation and security checks. Visa sponsorship is provided; salary ranges AED 4,000–5,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional hands‑on experience in IT support, helpdesk administration, or desktop engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting of LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, and switches.
• Proficiency in user account management, Active Directory, and Windows/macOS operating systems.
• Maintenance of IT asset inventories, software licenses, and documentation.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• On-site employment in Dubai, UAE with visa sponsorship and salary AED 4,000–5,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot LAN and Wi‑Fi networks, routers, and switches.
• Assist with user account management, Active Directory creations, password resets, and access requests.
• Support routine system maintenance, OS updates, software patching, and endpoint security checks.
• Maintain records of IT assets, hardware registers, and software licenses.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Respond to employee IT support requests and diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, IP phones, and peripherals.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection guidelines.
• Support backup procedures, endpoint protection, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Document troubleshooting steps and incident resolution in ticketing systems.
