Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 2+ years of progressive professional experience in IT support, helpdesk administration, or desktop engineering.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting in Microsoft Windows desktop and server OS.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise email clients.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Legal work eligibility and on-site availability in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues across office locations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and enterprise software applications.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain corporate IT systems and productivity software.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic enterprise networking.
• Manage helpdesk tickets with timely logging, triage, escalation, and resolution.
• Perform routine system maintenance, software patch deployments, and hardware diagnostics.
• Assist onboarding, account provisioning, password resets, and access management.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, warranties, licenses, and deployment logs.
