Qualifications

Experience in Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk.
Strong Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiar with Office applications and email clients.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must hold UAE spouse visa and reside in UAE.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop and end-user support across the Dubai office.
Install and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Resolve Windows OS and hardware issues and SLA adherence.
Support Office apps, email, and local network connectivity.
Document activities in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to senior teams when needed.
Maintain asset records and comply with security policies.
