RINA is recruiting for an Operations & Credit Collection Advisor in Dubai. You will manage survey jobs, invoicing, and credit collection activities within the Middle East and India Marine Division. The role requires organization, independence and collaboration in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in administrative, operational or business support roles.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is considered a plus.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of marine survey jobs and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Issue and validate invoices; address billing inquiries and discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain full client correspondence history and coordinate with internal teams.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance and technical teams and support the Dubai team.
