Caliberly is seeking a highly organized Lifestyle Manager in Dubai to deliver premium concierge services for high-net-worth clients. You will curate personalized experiences and coordinate travel, dining, events, and luxury reservations with impeccable discretion.

Responsibilities include managing relationships, sourcing partners, and ensuring service excellence across hospitality and lifestyle needs. A Bachelor’s degree in related fields and relevant concierge experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in concierge or luxury lifestyle services for high-net-worth clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and tailor experiences.
• Coordinate travel, dining, events, and exclusive access with attention to discretion.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Document client preferences and service outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Address client concerns promptly and provide proactive problem solving.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
