Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
• Background in Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, or luxury travel/leisure.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Research and arrange health, beauty, gifts, tickets and other lifestyle requests.
• Manage requests via phone and email with timely responses and accuracy.
• Log actions in Salesforce CRM and provide clear updates to Members.
• Maintain data in Member Records and ensure high-quality, proactive service.
