Job summary

Kricon Global FZCO in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Executive to support its growing Dubai office. The role combines customer service excellence with operational coordination for ISO tank container operations across regions.

You will liaise with international teams, manage bookings and documentation, and monitor shipments from start to finish, delivering timely updates and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, tank container operations, or related field.
• Experience with ISO tank, bulk liquid, or chemical transportation highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, bookings, and shipment updates.
• Coordinate ISO tank movements, including planning, scheduling, documentation, and operational follow-up.
• Communicate with shipping lines, depots, transport providers, and cleaning stations.
• Monitor shipments from start to finish and resolve delays or operational challenges.
• Manage logistics documentation: bookings, invoices, certificates, and customs-related paperwork.
• Coordinate with international teams and partners across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
• Support development and improvement of local operational processes in the Dubai office.
• Ensure customers receive timely updates and high-quality service throughout the shipment process.
