Job summary

Quick Lease Car Rental in Dubai seeks a Leasing Sales Executive to generate and manage vehicle leasing and rental business for individuals and corporate clients. You will identify leads, present options, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies and targets.

You will collaborate with operations and finance to coordinate delivery, documentation, and payments while building long-term relationships and monitoring renewals. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate leasing in Dubai.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with targets in leasing, automotive, or related services.
• Customer service and relationship management skills, including understanding client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present offers clearly.
• Basic financial and commercial understanding including pricing, margins, and contract terms.
• Proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools and standard office software.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with operations and finance teams.
• Previous experience in car rental, fleet leasing, or automotive sales is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; regional languages are an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving license or eligibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads for vehicle leasing and rental business.
• Present leasing options and prepare quotations for individuals and corporate clients.
• Negotiate terms to close sales in line with company policies and targets.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery, contract documentation, and payment follow-up with operations and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales systems; build long-term client relationships.
• Follow up on renewals and monitor customer satisfaction; stay updated on market rates and competitors.
