Job summary

Al Wegdaniyah Transport Solutions in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Vehicle Sales Executive to drive new business and close deals with individuals and corporate clients. You will respond to inquiries, present suitable vehicle options, and manage the end-to-end sales process.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years UAE experience in vehicle sales or leasing, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the local market. English communication is essential, driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in vehicle sales, rent-a-car, car rental, or vehicle leasing.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive and rental/leasing market.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Experience dealing with both individual and corporate customers is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of different vehicle models, specifications, and market prices.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers and business opportunities for vehicle sales and leasing.
• Promote and sell vehicles to individuals and corporate customers.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales.
• Follow up with leads and convert them timely.
• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to complete sales/lease transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer follow-ups and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor market prices, competitors and customer demand.
• Develop corporate accounts and business relationships where applicable.
