Job summary

Dollar car rental in Dubai seeks a Sales Executive Corporate to support corporate leasing and short-term rental sales. You will prospect, manage corporate accounts, and support contract renewals.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, coordinating with Operations and Customer Service, preparing quotations, and reporting to the Head of Corporate Business. A business degree and 2–3 years in B2B sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within leasing, automotive, or a related industry.
• Good client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently and meet monthly targets.
• Basic understanding of contract/quotation preparation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and handle lease and short-term rental sales for corporate customers.
• Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline through outreach and follow-up on leads.
• Expand and bring in new business for the company.
• Prepare quotations and contracts for new and existing corporate customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients through regular meetings, follow-ups and feedback collection to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to address client queries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Facilitate senior-level connections between client organizations and Dollar management when needed.
• Track contract expiry dates and follow up on renewal opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team on client payment matters.
• Ensure individual sales targets are achieved or exceeded on a monthly basis.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Head of Corporate Business.
• Perform additional functions as directed or assigned by the manager.
