Job summary

Cohere in Dubai is seeking a proactive, customer-focused IT Support Specialist based in Dubai to anchor our regional IT operations. You will be the primary contact for internal employees, delivering white-glove technical support while managing identity, collaboration platforms, and SaaS systems.

Beyond daily helpdesk work, you will apply automation, scripting, and DevOps practices to streamline user lifecycles, ensure secure access, and keep our workforce productive and secure across

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in English.
• 3-7 years of experience in help desk or internal IT support.
• Experience with supporting user accounts, password resets, MFA, and SSO (Okta and Google Workspace).
• Experience with MDM platforms (Iru, Intune).
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Familiarity with Slack and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal employees and triage requests.
• Troubleshoot workstation, laptop, mobile, and basic network issues for on-site and remote staff.
• Document work and communicate updates during incidents.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows with secure access provisioning.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access requests.
• Assist with password resets, MFA, and common productivity-tool issues.
