Job summary

Talent Arabia Technologies in Dubai invites a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth in IT recruitment and staffing solutions across the UAE market. You will generate leads, meet clients, propose solutions, and close deals while building strategic partnerships with HR and procurement leaders.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of BD experience in IT staffing or outsourcing, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a UAE residence.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of business development experience, preferably in IT recruitment, staffing, manpower supply, or outsourcing.
• Strong understanding of the UAE corporate market and business environment.
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, business meetings, proposal development, and deal closure.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT recruitment, staffing, staff augmentation, and outsourcing services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, professional networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings to understand recruitment needs and workforce requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify partnership opportunities and manage vendor registration processes with organizations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
