Job summary

Talents of Endearment invites an energetic Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition for its UAE operations, selling HR software solutions to businesses. You will prospect, build partnerships, and expand market presence across the UAE.

You will conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach via LinkedIn, attend events, and manage CRM data to forecast revenue. Emirati nationality is required, and occasional travel to meet clients is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Sales experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with confidence in cold calling and pitching.

Responsibilities
