Talent Arabia Technologies in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to join its growing UAE team. The role focuses on expanding the client portfolio, promoting IT staffing and recruitment solutions, and identifying new business opportunities across the UAE.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of BD experience in IT recruitment or staffing, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in lead generation, meetings, and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of Business Development experience in IT recruitment, staffing, manpower supply or outsourcing.
• Based in Dubai, UAE; female candidates preferred and UAE Spouse Visa holders favored.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT Recruitment, Staffing, Staff Augmentation, and Outsourcing services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement Teams, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings to understand recruitment and workforce requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth client delivery and service quality.
• Identify partnership opportunities and complete vendor registrations with organizations across the UAE.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
