Genetic Callnet Consultancy Pvt Ltd. in Dubai, UAE, seeks a target-driven Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of IT hardware and infrastructure sales experience.

You will generate new business, develop relationships with corporate clients, and drive sales growth across the UAE market. Responsibilities include acquiring corporate accounts, proposing hardware solutions, negotiating pricing, and closing deals while coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales within IT Hardware/IT Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Storage, Networking, CCTV, and IT peripherals.
• Experience in corporate/enterprise sales and lead generation.
• Knowledge of Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, and HPE brands.
• Good negotiation, communication, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
• Understanding UAE IT market and corporate customer base.
• Target-oriented with strong relationship management skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Acquire corporate, SMEs, and enterprise clients across the UAE.
• Promote and sell computer hardware, laptops, desktops, servers, storage, networking, CCTV, UPS, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT Managers, Procurement Managers, and corporate decision-makers.
• Generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and convert prospects into customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal technical, procurement, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
