EPAM Systems in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth for Adobe Experience Cloud and ServiceNow solutions across the UAE and Middle East. You will develop strategic partnerships, expand enterprise relationships and lead regional go-to-market efforts to accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong end-to-end sales experience, excellent communication and the ability to work in a hybrid Dubai environment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud and ServiceNow platforms.
• Proven track record in enterprise account acquisition within the Middle East.
• Experience managing full end-to-end sales cycles including solution design and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition focused on Adobe Experience Cloud and ServiceNow services across the UAE and Middle East.
• Hunt for greenfield opportunities while expanding relationships with enterprise organisations.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Adobe, ServiceNow and regional ecosystems.
• Collaborate with EPAM and vendor solution teams to develop proposals and market strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle including discovery, alignment and negotiations.
• Support marketing initiatives and alliance-driven campaigns to strengthen EPAM’s positioning.
• Represent EPAM at industry events and vendor partner summits to promote thought leadership.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline information, forecasts and progress against growth objectives.
