Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in web development, digital marketing, branding, or software agencies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic communication abilities.
• UAE market knowledge and UAE driving license are advantageous.
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create lead opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Review, qualify, and convert inbound and existing leads into clients.
• Conduct client meetings, run presentations, and host discovery sessions.
• Draft proposals, quotations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Maintain complete sales pipelines, CRM notes, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover and onboarding.
• Look after key accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Chase payments and assist with receivables in a professional manner.
