Job summary

AlFuttaim is seeking a Sales Engineer HVAC in Dubai to drive sales growth of LG systems across the UAE. This role involves generating new business, preparing technical proposals, and managing key accounts while achieving financial targets.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and proven HVAC sales experience in the UAE market, especially with brands like LG. A strong network with stakeholders is essential, as well as technical knowledge of various HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Proven HVAC sales experience within UAE market, preferably in LG or similar HVAC brands.
• Strong knowledge of VRF, ducted, split, package units, and chilled water systems.
• Experience in HVAC design review and technical estimation.
• Established network within developers, consultants, and MEP contractors in Dubai and Northern Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Achieve sales, gross margin, and order booking targets set by management.
• Conduct technical design reviews and prepare detailed HVAC estimations.
• Prepare and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals.
• Manage credit approval processes and support debtor collections.
• Develop new customer accounts and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs.
• Maintain competitor intelligence on pricing and stock movement.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company sales processes and internal policies.
