Job summary

Luxbridge International Realty in Dubai is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to own end-to-end HR operations, from attracting brokers to onboarding, compliance and exits. You will work closely with management in a fast-growing luxury brokerage.

The role requires hands-on, proactive delivery, strong UAE Labour Law knowledge, and a network within Dubai’s real estate market. A bachelor's degree in HR or related field is expected and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years HR experience in UAE
• Experience recruiting real estate brokers or sales talent
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law & MOHRE procedures
• Familiarity with RERA/Trakheesi broker registration advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organised and discreet with confidentiality
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; ATS HR software a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for brokers, team leaders and support staff
• Oversee onboarding, contracts, visa, Emirates ID, labor card and medical insurance processes
• Coordinate RERA/Trakheesi broker registration, BRN cards, DLD training and renewals for agents
• Maintain HR records, attendance and leave tracking; support payroll and broker commissions
• Draft and maintain HR policies, employee handbook and templates
• Coordinate training and development for sales and support teams
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, resignations and exits
