Maseera in Dubai is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our growing real estate agency. The ideal candidate has UAE real estate industry experience, strong recruitment skills, and a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law.

You will manage end-to-end hiring, sourcing candidates for broker and administrative roles, and lead interview and screening processes to support timely hiring decisions.

Formación

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience in UAE real estate market.

• Strong communication and assessment skills.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
