Job summary
Unique Properties, a leading Dubai real estate brokerage, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale our sales force. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Property Consultants and related roles, leveraging a strong Dubai network and modern sourcing channels to attract top talent, including headhunting passive candidates in a competitive market.
This is a strategic role requiring deep real estate hiring knowledge, minimal supervision, and close collaboration with Sales Directors
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment within real estate development or brokerage.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Property Consultants and real estate roles.
- Design sourcing plans for Off-Plan and Secondary Market divisions.
- Leverage network with developers and industry to source top candidates.
- Headhunt passive candidates in a competitive market.
- Post and manage ads on LinkedIn, Dubizzle, Indeed, Bayut, etc.
- Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and communicate feedback.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hires.
- Forecast hiring needs with Sales Directors and HR.
- Implement recruitment tools and dashboards.
- Elevate employer branding through campaigns and candidate communication.
- Ensure smooth onboarding with HR and management teams.
