Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking a People Services Advisor to deliver frontline HR support for the UAE and Kuwait, in a hybrid setup with 3 days in the office and 2 remote. The role focuses on compliant and seamless employee experiences within local labour laws.

You will manage onboarding, visa support, data changes in Workday, payroll assistance, and official documentation, while driving process improvements and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR administration or People Services role (UAE preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law under MOHRE with visa/sponsorship experience.
• Experience using Workday (or similar HRIS) for data management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own first-line HR support for regional enquiries and ticket management.
• Manage onboarding, visa support, insurance, and data changes in Workday; support payroll documentation.
• Handle regional visa & immigration processes with providers and government bodies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
• Drive HR process improvements and deliver people analytics dashboards.
