Job summary

Dautom is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and policy development in Dubai. The role requires strong knowledge of Labour Law and a proven track record managing HR functions in fast-paced environments.

You will collaborate with department heads, oversee workforce planning, drive engagement, handle HRIS and reporting, and ensure compliance with UAE employment regulations. Immediate to 60-day notice is requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Law and UAE labour regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with HRMS and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across departments.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Law and employment regulations.
• Manage performance, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and HRMS data accuracy.
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Monitor HR metrics and produce reports for senior management.
• Support training, development, and succession planning.
• Coordinate with government entities on HR-related matters.
