Job summary

BAMX Developments is seeking an experienced CRM & Sales Administrator in Dubai to support expanding real estate sales operations. The role requires hands-on Odoo CRM/ERP experience, strong Excel and data management skills, and the ability to manage bookings, SPAs, and documentation with precision.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure smooth transaction processing, maintain data integrity, and optimize CRM workflows in a fast-paced development

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience with a real estate developer in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo CRM/ERP software is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing real estate sales administration, booking processes, and SPA documentation.
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate sales procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM reporting, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales administration process, from unit reservation and booking through SPA execution.
• Review, prepare, and process booking forms, reservation documents, SPAs, addendums, amendments, and other sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate SPA preparation, customer verification, signature collection, and execution tracking.
• Handle cancellations, transfers, unit changes, refunds, and contractual amendments with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records: customers, units, bookings, pricing, payments, and transactions.
