Job summary

LNKD in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced HR Generalist (Data & Operations) to run the HR function without an HRIS. You will manage data, payroll inputs, contracts, and employee relations, reporting directly to the COO.

This on-site role requires hands-on handling of HR processes using Google Workspace and ClickUp. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of HR generalist experience, strong UAE labour law knowledge, and excellent written English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Hands-on experience with HR data and payroll processes without an HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law or ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent written English and professional email communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, trackers and files on Google Drive.
• Manage leave, sickness and absence records on Google Sheets.
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs; coordinate with finance for accuracy and timeliness.
