Job summary

Altawiz Consultancy LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. You will manage daily HR operations and employee lifecycle across UAE, including payroll inputs and WPS compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of UAE HR Operations experience, proficiency with ERP/HRMS software, and knowledge of MOHRE and Free Zone procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Admin or related field; 3+ years UAE HR Operations.
• Strong payroll processing and WPS knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/HRMS software and MOHRE/free zone compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Process payroll inputs and support salary-related procedures, including WPS.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Utilize ERP/HRMS platforms to manage HR data efficiently.
• Coordinate MOHRE and Free Zone-related employee processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
