Job summary

Bakkt LLC is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle in Dubai, UAE. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, and compliance management while working closely with the Global Head of HR.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, familiarity with UAE HR practices, and hands-on experience with the Deel platform. A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or People Operations role.
• Experience in UAE HR practices and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of employee data management and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for global roles and onboarding.
• Manage payroll processing and queries through Deel.
• Oversee visa sponsorship processes and compliance.

Skills

Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
