Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to support the delivery of the sales plan for our Al Jaddaf property. You will build professional client relationships, coordinate campaigns, and help drive revenue while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has hotel industry exposure, 1 year of sales or reservations experience, and a proactive, target-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales or reservations preferred.
• Knowledge of sales processes, strategies and account management.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the sales strategic plan for all managed segments.
• Develop and manage professional client relationships with sales managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist with phone-based account management, reporting and debt management.
• Drive a sales culture and coordinate campaigns to boost revenue.
• Represent the brand as a high-value hotel provider.
• Promote a strong sales culture in alignment with company values.
