Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to support the delivery of the sales plan for our Al Jaddaf property. You will build professional client relationships, coordinate campaigns, and help drive revenue while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has hotel industry exposure, 1 year of sales or reservations experience, and a proactive, target-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales or reservations preferred.

We are looking for highly optimistic anddriven Sales Executive who will be accountable for providing overall support todeliver the sales strategic business plan and achieve the company vision andobjectives.

Working closely with the Sales Managers, thesuccessful candidate is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

• Beaccountable for supporting the delivery of the sales strategic business planand individual sales plans for all managed segments whilst supporting theoverall vision, and objectives.
  
• Effectivelydevelop and manage professional client relationships, with the sales managersusing an aligned strategic and planned approach to maximise growth.
  
• Ensureadherence to all company policies, processes, standards, and legalrequirements, and successfully delivers results for all internal and externalaudits or reviews.
  
• Ensuringthat all legal and compliance processes are followed diligently, and rates areapplied correctly for each client to minimise any risk to the business.
  
• Supportingwith phone-based account management, reporting and debt management
  
• Drive asales culture, participating and coordinating campaigns to drive revenue.
  
• Be anambassador of the brand and position the company as high-value and high-qualityhotel provider.
  
• Supportdriving a sales culture across the business which sits within our core valuesand business principles
  

Requirements

What are we looking for?

Educationand Experience:

• Ideallyyour background will be from the hotel industry with 1-year previous sales orreservations experience
  
• Preferablywith full knowledge of the sales process, strategies, business development andaccount management
  
• BachelorDegree in Sales is an advantage.
  

Skillsand Competencies:

• Knowledgeof Opera (PMS)
  
• Must have UAE Driving License
  
• Beenergetic, target driven, passionate about people, process and sales
