• Support the delivery of the sales strategic business plan and individual sales plans for all managed segments.
• Develop and manage professional client relationships with the sales managers to maximise growth.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, processes and legal requirements and support audits.
• Support phone-based account management, reporting and debt management.
• Drive a sales culture and coordinate campaigns to drive revenue.
• Represent the brand as a high-value, high-quality hotel provider and uphold core values.
