Job summary

Workato is actively seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to lead the sales effort in Dubai's hospitality market. You will craft sales strategies, identify opportunities, and build lasting client relationships to drive revenue and growth.

Responsibilities include developing plans, analyzing market trends, coordinating with internal teams, and representing the hotel at industry events. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the hotel.
