Job summary

WaveWorks in Dubai invites a skilled Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. You will develop and implement sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and events organizers to drive revenue and occupancy.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, at least 3 years in hotel sales, excellent English, and a proven ability to meet targets. Local market knowledge is a plus and flexibility for irregular hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in hotel sales management with target achievement.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and occupancy.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of local market trends is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good time-management and flexibility for irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Negotiate contracts, including rates and terms with clients.
