Job summary

Le Méridien Dubai Airport Road is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests, communicate findings clearly, and perform preventive maintenance across hotel systems.

You will handle painting, surface preparation, electrical and plumbing tasks, test and repair equipment, manage inventory, and follow safety procedures while supporting other engineering staff to keep the property operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• General maintenance tasks across hotel facilities.
• Experience with interior and exterior surface preparation and painting recommended.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate findings to guests and shifts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel systems and equipment.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components in guestrooms and common areas.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
