Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and coordinate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspections.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in guestrooms and public areas.
• Follow safety procedures and use Lockout/Tagout before maintenance work.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
