Job summary

IFX Ltd in Dubai is expanding its funds desk and seeks a Key Relationship Manager to win and grow relationships with fund managers, administrators and service providers across DIFC and ADGM. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to onboarding.

You will map the market, build a pipeline through introductions and events, and lead end-to-end deals with CFOs, COOs and managing partners, while ensuring compliant onboarding and a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in UAE funds ecosystem including fund administration and fund services.
• Established network across UAE funds managers and service providers.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map the DIFC and ADGM funds landscape and identify target accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales including discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Guide clients through onboarding with compliance and KYC teams to go live quickly.
• Grow relationships by adding entities, currencies and payment flows as funds are launched.
• Build referrals through partner networks and industry events.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and report progress to Sales Director.
