Job summary

Manpower Middle East is seeking an analytical and growth-oriented Fund Manager to support the lifecycle of fund operations and evaluate investment opportunities. You will build financial models, analyze valuations, and manage portfolio performance to maximize investor returns.

Responsibilities include due diligence, deal structuring, capital calls, distributions, and ensuring compliance with DFSA/FSRA. The role requires strong English communication and a CFA-progress background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• CFA designation (or progress toward it) is desirable.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, multiples).
• Solid understanding of fund administration and regional financial laws.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Build financial models and valuation analyses for investments.
• Track performance and KPIs across portfolio companies and report to LPs.
• Assist in fund operations, capital calls, distributions, and regulatory compliance.
• Support senior leadership in deal structuring and Investment Committee memos.
