Job summary

Gateway in Dubai seeks a Sales Relationship Manager for a leading Asset Management firm at DIFC. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with HNW & UHNW clients, understand their financial needs, and drive growth in assets under management while delivering high-quality service.

The role requires a proven wealth management track record, strong networking and communication skills, and fluency in English. CFA/CFP credentials are a plus and additional languages are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in private banking, asset/wealth management and relationships with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Proven ability to generate growth in AUM and revenue while delivering high‑quality service.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, markets and wealth management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; English fluency required; other languages a plus.
• Ability to manage client portfolios with KYC/AML compliance familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HNW & UHNW clients by understanding their unique financial needs and objectives. Becoming their trusted
• Generate growth in AUM and revenue streams that will ensure delivery of the financial plan and achievement of Individual and Firms Targets against Key performance Indicators while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
• Job responsibilities will include acquisition of HNW & UHNW clients, advising clients regarding their investment needs, in strict compliance with applicable rules and regulations and providing high levels of service.
• Actively define your strategy to develop your clients portfolios using the full breath of the firms products and capabilities.
• An active team member, ready to contribute for the development of the commercial and investment areas with ideas and suggestions. (AUM) and account profitability, while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
• To act as the first line of defence, performing KYC / AML reviews, including periodic reviews & Due Diligence reviews in a timely manner by maintain satisfactory Control and Compliance environment with full adherence to DFSA rules and regulations and Company Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications

• Currently working at a well-established Private Bank, Asset Management or Wealth Management firm with not less than 5 years of experience at Senior level.
• At least a bachelor's degree in finance, business management or a related field from
