International Law Firm (Dubai) is expanding its Middle East Investment Funds practice and seeks a funds associate to advise sponsors, asset managers, and investors on private funds formation and cross-border structuring. You will work across the UAE, GCC, and broader region, gaining direct client exposure and substantial responsibility.
Ideal candidates have 2-5 PQE with strong private funds experience, with England & Wales/ Common law background; DIFC/ADGM familiarity is a plus but not
A leading international law firm is continuing to invest in the growth of its Middle East Investment Funds practice and is looking to hire an ambitious Funds Associate into its Dubai office.
The role will involve advising fund sponsors, asset managers, institutional investors, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds on a broad range of regional and cross-border funds matters including Formation and structuring of private investment funds, Private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, private credit and real estate funds, DIFC and ADGM fund structures, Investor negotiations, subscription documentation and side letters, GP LP arrangements, carried interest and management incentive structures, Co-investments and secondary transactions, Investment management and advisory platforms, Cross-border fundraising and related regulatory matters.
The team works across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC with the successful candidate gaining significant responsibility and direct client exposure alongside access to the firm s wider international corporate, private equity, real estate and financial services practices.
Ideally 2 5 PQE, although this is a guideline. Funds experience gained with a leading UK, US, international law firm strong private funds / asset management experience England & Wales / Common law qualification and strong academics DIFC / ADGM experience advantageous, but not essential.
