Job summary

The Myriad Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Agent/Receptionist with front desk experience to support residents and guests in a dynamic student living environment. This role involves handling check-ins/check-outs, inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus, and 1–2 years in guest services is preferred. The property is located in Dubai International Academic City and emphasizes comfort, convenience, and community.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years guest services experience in hotel or accommodation setting.
• Experience with PMS (Property Management System) data entry and resident profiles.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage resident check-in and check-out procedures.
• Ensure all arrival rooms are pre-assigned and inspected.
• Prepare and place welcome packs in rooms prior to arrival.
• Maintain up-to-date resident profiles and data entry in the PMS system.
• Respond to reception emails and resident queries promptly.
• Address and resolve resident concerns with ownership and care.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure resident satisfaction.
