DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai is seeking a Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out and support audits as required.

You will provide friendly, professional service, handle guest inquiries, process payments, and promote hotel services while upholding Hilton brand standards. This role suits customer-focused individuals with strong communication and team skills and a willingness to learn.

Formación

• Previous customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and strong communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide reception services from check-in to check-out and assist with audits.
• Deliver high level of guest service and effective issue resolution.
• Assist with night team training and coordinate with front office.
• Upsell hotel services and promote facilities.
• Follow brand standards and use hotel systems correctly.
