Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of Ecommerce Customer Support experience in Fashion Retail.
• Experience handling D2C ecommerce websites and online customer support.
• Familiarity with common platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Ziwo.
• Strong understanding of order management, returns, refunds, and last-mile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
• Handle order tracking, delivery issues, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and service SLAs.
• Support abandoned cart recovery initiatives.
• Resolve marketplace-related customer cases (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards.
