Job summary

Credon Capital Financing Broker LLC in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive-Relationship Officer to grow the client base across individuals, SMEs and corporates. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and banking partners, identify opportunities, and present tailored credit and funding solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong new business development and lead generation skills.
• Solid understanding of credit products and SME/corporate finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven account management capabilities and client service.
• 1–2+ years in relationship management or corporate banking in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance; professional finance certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office; knowledge of UAE regulations preferred.
