Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Administration or automotive sales support.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in SAP or automotive Dealer Management Systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Customer-focused approach to handling enquiries and delivery coordination.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and process commercial vehicle sales orders using SAP or DMS.
• Verify customer documentation before processing transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer files and transaction records.
• Coordinate deliveries and vehicle handover with PDI, Logistics, and Registration teams.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and customer correspondence.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Follow up on missing documents to avoid delays.
