Job summary

JAYGEE SUN Hospitality Management L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a proactive Commercial Leasing Manager to source retail, F&B, office and showroom spaces, and build strong landlord and tenant relationships. You will negotiate terms and close leases, leveraging an existing network where possible.

The ideal candidate has a proven leasing and business development track record, excellent networking, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities, and can lead a team to expand operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, or business development.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s commercial property market.
• Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.
• Target-driven with excellent business development abilities.
• An established network of landlords, property owners, tenants, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Source commercial properties and secure leasing mandates.
• Generate leads and build relationships with landlords, developers, brands, and corporate tenants.
• Market properties, arrange site visits, negotiate lease terms, and close transactions.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve leasing targets.
• Build and manage a team to expand business operations.
• Maintain property listings and monitor market trends.
