Job summary

Dubai Holding Asset Management is seeking a seasoned Retail Leasing leader to drive leasing strategies and revenue growth across its retail portfolio. You will guide the leasing team, identify and close opportunities, and ensure superior client service and satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.

The role requires a decade of retail leasing experience, leadership capability, and strong market insight, with Middle East exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required.
• Chartered Surveyor certification or RICS membership is preferred.
• Minimum ten years of experience in retail leasing/sales.
• At least two years in a managerial-level position.
• Middle East experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the leasing team to identify and close opportunities.
• Maximize leasing revenues across the retail portfolio.
• Ensure seamless customer service processes for clients.
• Develop and implement leasing strategy with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and performance against targets.
• Build and maintain key relationships with brands and brokers.
