Job summary

GMG is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Leasing to oversee the leasing strategy and portfolio management of its corporate retail properties in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role reports to the Vice President - Properties and drives leasing negotiations, renewals and contract administration to support GMG’s growth and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of leasing experience.
• Proven track record in negotiating large-scale lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing strategy and portfolio management across GMG's corporate retail assets.
• Lead lease negotiations for new leases, renewals and terminations.
• Manage lease administration, documentation, and compliance across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with finance to forecast leasing costs and revenue.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly leasing performance reports for leadership.
• Maintain strong landlord and stakeholder relationships.
