TalentsTide is seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to drive leasing strategies across premium UAE retail destinations. The role focuses on attracting leading retail and F&B brands and maximizing occupancy with strong negotiation skills.

Ideal candidates will have 5–6 years of UAE retail leasing experience, a broad network of brand relationships, and a proven ability to close high-profile leasing transactions. A related Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of retail leasing experience in the UAE.
• Strong network within retail, F&B, and lifestyle brands.
• Experience negotiating and closing leasing deals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with leading developers, shopping malls, mixed-use developments, or retail destinations is highly preferred.
• Candidates from real estate developers, mall operators, retail destinations, and commercial property companies are encouraged to apply.
