Job summary

JAYGEE SUN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT L.L.C is seeking a proactive Property Surveyor to identify, visit, and document commercial properties for lease across Dubai. You will collect detailed property data and build relationships with landlords and brokers to share leasing opportunities with the business development and leasing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in property surveying, real estate or field sales preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dubai's locations and commercial districts.
• Strong observation, communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to conduct regular field visits and work independently.
• Familiarity with Google Maps, spreadsheets and property portals.
• Contacts with landlords, brokers or property owners are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and survey commercial properties available for lease.
• Visit retail spaces, restaurants, offices, showrooms and warehouses.
• Collect property details: location, size, frontage, rent, parking, access.
• Meet landlords, property owners, building managers, and brokers.
• Capture property photos/videos and maintain survey records.
• Identify new developments and leasing opportunities.
• Coordinate with leasing and business development teams.
