The role requires building a balanced pipeline, expanding international feeder markets, and coaching a high-performing multi-property sales team to deliver measurable growth for both hotels.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in hospitality sales with leadership across multiple market segments.
• Proven track record in Leisure, Corporate, Groups & MICE sales.
• Strong network in travel trade, corporates, government, and DMCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive cluster sales strategy across two JA hotels.
• Develop and implement annual sales plans with targets and budgets.
• Grow revenue across Leisure, Corporate, Government, Wholesale, and MICE.
• Expand international feeder markets and form strategic partnerships.
• Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts for profitability.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Distribution, Operations and GMs.
• Provide regular reviews on pipeline, forecasts, risks, and actions.
